Each individual may hold only one registered account on dk998. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a form of Prohibited Conduct and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account and at all subsequent times. Providing false identity information, a fictitious date of birth, or a misrepresented residential address constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dk998 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately via the Live Chat or email channels described in Section 14.
dk998 and/or its operator may require you to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing any withdrawal or as a condition of continued account use. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested, which may include but is not limited to: national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address and documentation related to your chosen payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Accounts that show no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The operator reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts will be notified before any such fees are applied, subject to valid contact information being on file.
You may request closure of your dk998 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance (excluding any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC completion and in accordance with the withdrawal terms set out in Section 5.

All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on dk998 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for supported cryptocurrency options. The operator does not accept responsibility for any currency conversion costs applied by your bank or payment provider.
All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by dk998 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means that PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be completed before withdrawal is permitted. Figures used in examples throughout these Terms are illustrative only.
While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is subject to a cap as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets above this cap during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings accrued during that session.
Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games, sports betting markets and other game types may contribute at lower percentages (e.g., 10%, 5%) or zero. Game contribution tables are published alongside each promotion.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the published expiry window will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses are not reinstated.

Actions including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or exploitation of promotional errors are considered forms of Prohibited Conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.
A bet is not considered accepted until the platform confirms it with a reference number. dk998 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a market is suspended, where there is a technical error in the odds display, or where the operator determines that a bet is being placed in bad faith.
A market or individual bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: a match or event abandonment, incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, technical failure affecting odds integrity, or late information not available at the time of bet placement. Void bets are returned to the player's account at stake value.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Players acknowledge that delays in internet connectivity or device performance may affect the odds available at the time a bet is confirmed. dk998 does not guarantee the odds displayed will match the odds accepted in all in-play scenarios.

The dk998 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is given that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical failures. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without notice.
dk998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the dk998 platform after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
